In 1942, Anne Frank moved into a secret annex concealed by a custom-built bookcase. Eighty years later, people were still facing growing antisemitism, racism and inequality. To tell their stories, I helped with this massive project to transform Anne Frank's iconic bookcase into an AR app, serving as a portal for users to step inside the true-to-life rooms of Anne Frank herself and four young people suffering from modern day persecution, whose stories were told through personal objects and audio testimonials, with a sole aim to fight discrimination through education.
